We have opened pre-registration for our new product, Blaze.
Blaze is a conversational tool for developers and administrators that assists with development, configuration, and operational work in Salesforce environments. It is designed to make click-heavy, complex Salesforce work easier to understand and more reproducible.
Why we're building Blaze
Salesforce is a remarkably powerful platform, but it carries a few persistent challenges:
- Configuration and development steps are scattered and hard to grasp as a whole
- Work tends to be person-dependent, making hand-offs and reviews difficult
- Admins and developers need deep specialized knowledge
Building and running several Salesforce-integrated products ourselves, we kept running into the same root problem: the Salesforce operations and development experience itself was the bottleneck.
Blaze is designed to solve that.
What Blaze does
Blaze is a conversational tool that lets you understand and operate Salesforce through natural language.
Specifically, it covers:
- Understanding and creating objects, fields, flows, and Apex
- Diffing between Sandbox and production
- Contextualizing error messages and surfacing their root causes
- Visualizing org structure and configuration state
The goal is an environment in which you can move forward with Salesforce work while understanding what needs to happen and why, with AI by your side.
Who Blaze is for
Blaze targets:
- Salesforce administrators
- Salesforce developers
- ISV and SI engineers working with Salesforce
- Teams managing multiple environments (Sandbox / production)
- Organizations seeking to reduce person-dependent Salesforce operations
It is especially well suited to people who think "I can do the advanced work, but I'm tired of re-looking everything up every time."
About pre-registration
People who pre-register will get priority access to:
- Early access to the service
- Detailed pricing and delivery options
What's next
Blaze is a product designed to lower the cognitive cost of configuring, developing, and operating Salesforce. It is not just an automation tool — our goal is a development experience where "you can move forward while understanding."
We will share updates as we approach general availability. If you're interested, please pre-register and stay tuned.
