Background
In Japan, DX initiatives have led to a surge in Salesforce adoption. At the same time, shortage of admin talent, person-dependent configuration work, and the burden of maintaining custom designs per customer have all become pronounced.
Salesforce configuration in particular spans "field creation → page layout editing → permission set tuning → flow building → Apex implementation → change set creation" and demands both deep expertise and hands-on implementation skill.
