Co-hosted webinar with WHITEBOX — "The first step in CRM adoption, starting from requirements definition | WHITEBOX × Blaze integration demo"

A few years into your Salesforce rollout. Activity records aren't coming in, dashboards are still on default settings, and people say pipeline forecasts are "more accurate in Excel."

For Salesforce operators who recognize this "deployed-but-underused" state, we're excited to announce a co-hosted webinar with WHITEBOX Inc. The AI-powered DX platform WHITEBOX and Igness's Salesforce admin AI Blaze will work together to walk through a concrete approach to improving Salesforce adoption — in a live demo.

Event details

  • When: Monday, April 27, 2026, 14:00–14:45 JST (45 minutes)
  • Format: Zoom webinar
  • Price: Free
  • Co-hosts: WHITEBOX Inc., Igness Inc.

What you'll see

Using a fictional auto-parts manufacturer (500 employees, three years post-Salesforce rollout, 45 licenses) as a running example, we'll walk end-to-end through an adoption-improvement flow — live, with demo footage.

WHITEBOX part From just a text description of the industry and situation, WHITEBOX generates an initial sales-process flow. Layering in internal meeting notes and Salesforce usage reports, that flow gets refined into an As-Is flow that surfaces the company's specific bottlenecks. From there, we'll design the To-Be business flow and produce hand-off data for Blaze — all in one continuous flow.

Blaze part Blaze reads the To-Be business flow WHITEBOX produced and executes the changes against the existing Salesforce org. Redefining opportunity stages, building approval processes, adding auto-notification flows that prompt activity logging, and refreshing the executive dashboard — all driven by natural-language instructions.

Three takeaways

  1. A systematic approach to business-process "requirements definition" — how WHITEBOX's 10-step framework supports the requirements definition process
  2. "Thinking" and "doing," wired together — with WHITEBOX designing and Blaze implementing, how much shorter does a process that used to take weeks-to-months actually become?
  3. Not just proposals — verification by design — the full picture, including KPI design, ROI estimation, and effect verification

Who this is for

  • DX leads and sales managers at companies that have already deployed Salesforce
  • Corporate planning and IT teams who need to justify Salesforce investments to leadership
  • Consulting partners and SIers supporting their clients' Salesforce adoption

Speakers

  • Yoshifumi Saiki — CEO, WHITEBOX Inc. Spent about 8 years covering SMB and mid-market at Salesforce.com (now Salesforce Japan). In April 2026, he launched WHITEBOX, a platform where AI structurally analyzes business processes and auto-generates deliverables.
  • Takuma Ogura — CEO, Igness Inc. / Lead of Blaze Lead of Blaze, a Salesforce admin AI. It lets you build, operate, and improve an existing Salesforce org through natural-language instructions alone.
