[Jul 10] Hands-on workshop: experiencing Salesforce implementation with Claude Code

Agentforce, MCP, CLI — the Salesforce world is overflowing with AI topics. Overwhelmed by the pace, many say, "I see the flashy examples, but I still can't tell how far this actually goes on my own implementation projects." To answer that, we're hosting a hands-on workshop where you'll actually experience Salesforce implementation using the AI Agent Claude Code.

The venue is namespace, a physical community for the Salesforce ecosystem in Kiyosumi-Shirakawa, Tokyo. Igness's Ogura will lead the session: you'll run Claude Code from the VS Code terminal, connect it to Salesforce, and go hands-on from entering requirements to building a prototype. The goal is for implementation professionals to leave able to articulate what AI tools can and can't do — and where they fit.

Event details

  • When: Friday, July 10, 2026, 19:00–21:00 JST
  • Venue: namespace Coworking Café (2-5-2 Tokiwa, Koto-ku, Tokyo / 5-min walk from Kiyosumi-Shirakawa or Morishita stations)
  • Capacity: ~20 people
  • Price: ¥5,000 general / ¥1,000 namespace guild members (paid on-site)
  • Registration deadline: Thursday, July 9, 2026, 23:30 JST
  • Co-hosts: Igness Inc. / Euclidean Inc. (namespace)
  • Instructor: Takuma Ogura (CEO, Igness Inc.)

What you'll achieve

  • Experience running Claude Code from the VS Code terminal and connecting it to Salesforce
  • Walk through a full workflow with sample requirements and meeting notes: enter requirements → build a prototype → revise based on the notes
  • Be able to describe, in your own words, the practical "where it fits" — including the strengths, weaknesses, and review considerations of AI tools

Schedule (tentative)

  1. Input (30 min) — AI Agent fundamentals, how to delegate within Salesforce implementation, and recent updates
  2. Hands-on (60 min) — Environment setup, and a simulated cycle of entering requirements → building a prototype → revising based on meeting notes
  3. Wrap-up (30 min) — Demo examples, practical tips, Q&A, and a discussion of headless architecture

Who this is for

  • Professionals working on Salesforce implementation and consulting
  • Those without prior experience using AI for customization
  • Those overwhelmed by the pace of information who want a practical foothold
  • Those who follow community updates but haven't yet synthesized them for themselves

Before you come

To take part in the hands-on session, please prepare the following:

  • A Claude Pro plan, or an account with API access enabled
  • VS Code installed
  • Salesforce CLI installed (strongly recommended)

About the namespace community

namespace is a physical, real-world community for the Salesforce ecosystem. It runs a members' coworking café in Kiyosumi-Shirakawa, Tokyo — a 5-minute walk from both Kiyosumi-Shirakawa and Morishita stations. It operates as a members' coworking space during weekday daytimes and as an event space in the evenings, designed as a guild-like home for the IT industry's "generalists."
