Cancellation Terms
You can initiate cancellation procedures at any time during the use of the service. If you wish to cancel, please proceed through Igness Account.
Even after you complete the cancellation process, you may continue to use the service until the end date of your current contract period. The service will be discontinued on the contract end date.
Please note that even if the cancellation occurs during the contract period, no refunds—including pro-rated refunds—will be issued for service fees.
If payment of service fees has not been made, we will inform you accordingly. If payment is not made for over one month following invoicing, the service will automatically be suspended (data will be retained for a certain period).
Special Terms
This service is not subject to the cooling-off period as defined by the Specified Commercial Transactions Act.
