Bank transfer fees when paying by wire transfer.

Service delivery and timing

Blaze is delivered as an online service. Access becomes available immediately after signing up.

Payment timing and method

  • Credit card: determined by your agreement with the credit card issuer.
  • Invoice: determined by the terms of your service order.

Returns, exchanges, cancellations

Due to the nature of the service, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations at the customer's request.

System requirements

Cancellation terms

You can cancel at any time during service use. To cancel, please follow the procedure in our account management screen.

After cancellation is complete, you can continue to use the service until the end of your current contract period, after which service will be suspended.

Even if you cancel mid-contract, fees paid are non-refundable and no pro-rata refund will be issued.

If payment is not made, we will notify you. If payment remains outstanding for more than one month after invoicing, service access will be suspended automatically (data is retained for a certain period).

Special conditions

This is not a service to which the cooling-off period under the Specified Commercial Transactions Act applies.
