Surpass Dramatically Improves System-Building Productivity with Igness's "Blaze" and Salesforce

Igness Inc. (Headquarters: Yokohama, Kanagawa; CEO: Takuma Ogura; "Igness"), a company driving AI-native transformation for enterprises, announced today that Surpass Co., Ltd. ("Surpass"), which provides Salesforce implementation and adoption support alongside a reskilling business for women in regional Japan, has used Salesforce technology and Igness's AI agent "Blaze" to reduce build tasks that used to take one to two weeks to a matter of hours — establishing a development structure where even less-experienced members can work on client projects with confidence.

Igness supports Surpass in getting faster results and maximum value from the Salesforce platform through "Blaze," an AI agent that autonomously handles everything from investigating Salesforce environments to building and data processing, guided by natural-language instructions alone.

Compared with other implementation partners, Surpass has an organization with many young members. While the company excelled at attentive customer service, technical implementation tended to require significant effort. In particular, a key challenge was how to technically support members with only six months to a year of Salesforce experience, such as graduates of "Tech Woman," the company's reskilling program run in partnership with local governments.

With Blaze, work that previously took significant manual effort — investigating existing environments to understand flows, Apex, and object configurations, promoting changes from sandboxes to production, and processing and correcting data — has been dramatically streamlined. Blaze autonomously carries out implementation suited to each environment from natural-language instructions alone, and when errors occur it identifies the cause and fixes them itself, so even less-experienced members can take on build work with confidence.

By leveraging the expertise and innovation of Salesforce and Igness, Surpass has reduced client requests that used to take one to two weeks to a matter of hours, freeing up time for more substantive customer proposals.

Comment from Igness

Takuma Ogura, CEO of Igness Inc., commented:

"Developing young members and raising the overall level of technical capability is a challenge shared across Salesforce partners. Blaze acts as an AI agent that autonomously handles everything from investigating Salesforce environments to deployment and data processing, helping build structures where even less-experienced members can work on client projects with confidence. We believe companies like Surpass — which combine Salesforce implementation support with social initiatives such as regional revitalization and reskilling — are exactly where Blaze can deliver its greatest value. As a member of the Salesforce ecosystem, we will continue to support partners in improving productivity and developing talent."

Comment from Surpass

Koji Nagasawa of the DX Division at Surpass Co., Ltd. commented:

"Our company has many young members. While we excelled at attentive customer service, we faced workload challenges stemming from limited technical knowledge and experience. Since adopting Blaze, our productivity has improved dramatically — client requests that used to take one to two weeks can now be handled in about two to three hours. Time-consuming tasks such as deploying from sandboxes to production, investigating existing environments, and processing and correcting data have been greatly simplified. On top of that, for less-experienced members, Blaze also serves as a learning tool for understanding how to approach system building. Going forward, we plan to enable every member of the support center we established in Yuzawa City, Akita Prefecture, to use Blaze, and to expand its use even further."

Comment from Salesforce

Atsushi Urano, Executive Vice President and Head of the Alliance Business Unit at Salesforce Japan Co., Ltd., commented:

"As the rapid evolution of AI transforms the business environment, many companies are seeking more personalized customer experiences and greater automation of their operations. By combining Salesforce with its own AI agent 'Blaze,' Igness is helping Surpass respond quickly to change and build a foundation for future growth. We look forward to the even greater value that will be created through these efforts."

About Surpass Co., Ltd.

Surpass Co., Ltd. was founded with the aim of creating a world where the phrase "women's empowerment" is no longer needed. Starting from a sales-outsourcing business staffed by women, the company now centers its operations on its DX Division, which provides Salesforce implementation and adoption support. Through "Tech Woman," a reskilling program run in partnership with local governments, it offers Salesforce training and employment support to women returning from maternity and childcare leave, and in February 2026 it established "DIGITAL PATH YUZAWA," a Salesforce support center, jointly with Yuzawa City, Akita Prefecture — advancing regional revitalization and women's career development.
