Linked to the record
you send from
Put the LINE chat on any object's page, including leads, cases and opportunities. Each message sent from that page is linked to that record, so you can tell the topics apart even when several are running with the same friend.
AI decides
even without a quote
When a friend quotes a message in their reply, the reply is linked to the same record. For messages without a quote, AI reads the conversation so far and links each one to the record it's about. Images are linked to the same record as the message sent just before.
Use the result
in flows and AI
The platform event fired for each incoming message includes the linked record's ID. Use it to add the message as a case comment or to notify the owner of the linked opportunity. Agentforce's conversation history includes each message's record as well.
Relink it
if it's wrong
Change the linked record on screen. Flows and AI agents can relink or unlink messages too.
